    Great webinar Mark! Lots of useful information. I liked the price volume / display format. That would seem particularly useful, not just for assessing discounts, but also for comparing yourself vs. competition provided that data points can be obtained.

      Chuck – you’re absolutely correct. While that kind of comparative data can be hard to come by, it provides some very useful insights. You can look customer perceptions of value (by using price as a proxy) vs the competition and also get a feel for differences in price response to further test how you are perceived in the market. Really important stuff when trying to convince other functions that they need to pay more attention to customer value – and pricing discipline
